DesignPayne Interiors, LLC (DPI) has been creating beautiful spaces since 1990. DPI has designed homes and offices across the globe, providing a personalized style to fit its clients' needs. Previously based in Houston, Texas, DPI moved it’s office to Austin, Texas in 2021 during the pandemic to be closer to family.

About The Designer

Brenda Payne is a West Texas native who has called Houston home for the past 30 years. In 2021 during the pandemic, Brenda and her husband made the decision to move to Austin to be closer to family and haven’t looked back. Brenda's timeless and sophisticated signature is evident through her unique blend of traditional and contemporary style that fits her clients' specifications. Brenda prides herself on repurposing clients' furniture to create a fresh space. 

Brenda is an NCIDQ Certified member of the American Society of Interior Designers, holds a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from Texas Christian University and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Texas in Austin. When Brenda is not designing luxury homes and office spaces, she can be found creating adventures such as playing tennis and pickle ball, painting canvases, traveling the world, reading a book, and most importantly, being a wife and mother to two daughters, two sons-in-law, and two granddaughters.
